We’ve arrived in Law Enforcement Paradise. Anyone carrying cash is now a criminal until proven otherwise.
The court said this:
"We respectfully disagree and reach a different conclusion… Possession of a large sum of cash is ‘strong evidence’ of a connection to drug activity."
No where does the court define "a large amount" or need any evidence at all of a crime.
