My Spanish teacher told me this morning that the kindly robot Algore was sharing a Nobel prize.
I replied that I didn’t know there was a Nobel Prize category for Blow-Hard Alarmism.
Turns out it was for the Peace prize, as if scaring people with semi-scientific worst case scenarios contributed in some way toward peace.
This is bound to help the Green Giant if he decides he wants to take another shot at becoming Leader of the Free World. He isn’t likely to be any worse than the current one, though I thought Bush II was going to be better than Clinton and I was wrong about that.
