Citigroup who has gotten millions of U.S. taxpayer dollars through federal bailouts is spending $10 Million dollars this year to refurbish or build 17 executive offices, including a new office for Chief Executive Vikram Pandit.
In addition to spending $10 Million on offices, the company owned by majority stakeholder Saudi Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal spent billions recently investing in China.
