Here is some Economic Tax Policy reading for you this morning from the Ludwig Von Mises Institute. The article is a little old, but still relevant, especially considering the TEA Party’s affinity for the Fair Tax over our current tax structure. I thought it would be good to get a view point that is opposed to it so we can all make and informed decision.
I’ll say this, the Fair Tax is a step in the right direction and my candidate of choice Ron Paul has said he would support it as an interim solution to our current tax code problem. However, having said that, the Fair Tax does have some flaws.
